CUT at 45 Park Lane has launched CUT OUT, an al fresco terrace in Mayfair serving dishes from the famed restaurant and cocktails from BAR 45.
Officially launching on Tuesday 11 August, the summer terrace is open for dinner every day from 6pm, with tables up to four guests. Summer highlights from the modern American menu include Wolfgang Puck’s Australian Wagyu Filet Sashimi with Rocket, Cherry Tomatoes, Tosa Soy Vinaigrette; CUT Sushi Box with Bigeye Tuna, Scallop, Hamachi, Sticky Rice, Soy Gel & Yuzu Kosho; and Scottish Scallop Carpaccio with Wasabi-Kosho Ponzu, Baby Vegetables, Micro Shiso.
Guests can also enjoy BAR 45’s signature Negronis served from the outdoor Negroni Bar, including bar manager Francesco Orefici’s signature Shallow Negroni.
