Anantara The Marker Dublin Hotel is proud to announce the grand reopening of its iconic rooftop bar, unveiling a completely reimagined space that blends modern luxury with the warmth and vibrancy of the Anantara brand. Just in time for summer, the transformed rooftop promises to be Dublin’s premier destination for elevated dining, stunning views, and unforgettable experiences.

A Striking New Look with Global Influences

The redesign introduces a host of enhancements, including the addition of a new firepit—creating a cozy, social focal point. All furniture has been sourced from leading outdoor design companies across various countries, carefully selected for quality and in line with the space’s design vision.

A Collaborative Vision

The original rooftop concept was developed by the renowned Spanish design and architectural studio Rafael de la Hoz, inspired by Anantara’s vision for a vibrant, culturally rich outlet. The project was later refined and finalized by the Minor Group’s internal design team, blending original inspirations with a fresh, contemporary approach.

The redesign reflects Anantara’s signature aesthetic—bringing the essence of sunny climates into an urban Dublin setting. From the indoor space encased in glass to year-round usability, every detail was considered to transport guests to another place while remaining grounded in the city.

From Stark to Sensational

Once a minimal, white, rock-covered terrace, the rooftop has been transformed into a warm and inviting space, ideal for socializing or relaxing with panoramic city views. While the architectural elements by Aires Mateus have been preserved, all finishes, furnishings, and the spatial layout have been entirely reimagined. Seating options range from high stools and dining setups to relaxed lounges, thoughtfully arranged to maximize views and comfort.

A Culinary Journey Through Thailand

The rooftop’s food and beverage program pays tribute to the vibrant flavors of Asia, with a special emphasis on Thai cuisine. Inspired by Thailand’s culinary balance of sweet, sour, salty, and spicy, the menu is a modern interpretation of traditional dishes using bold ingredients such as lemongrass, chili, lime, and coconut—infused with a distinct Irish twist.
