From its Mediterranean village charm and gardens to its traditional Italian design with contemporary architecture, embellished by Middle Eastern touches, the overall design and architecture of the property cater the tastes of different type of guests. In the spirit of vintage constructions from the 1930s, the architects hand selected or custom-designed every detail of the resort for consistency, comfort and purity. The consistency of an uncompromisingly Italian style throughout the resort is noticed and admired by most of our guests with different background or profiles.
What is the profile of your returning guest?
The Bvlgari Resort Dubai guests are highly engaged with the brand, however it will be difficult to describe one specific profile of our the returning guests. The hotel clientele is very international and comes from different markets, therefore each individual has their own characteristics, but the common point for each of our guests is their expectation for the high level of quality and services.
How important is your F&B offering for the attractiveness of the hotel?
In true Italian tradition, where excellent dining is a must, the resort offers several sumptuous offerings with unique approach, namely Il Ristorante – Niko Romito and Hōseki.
For the Italian restaurant, the renowned Michelin starred chef, Niko Romito, has curated a blend of modern and classical Italian concepts exclusively for the restaurant, interpreting the exquisite flavours of Italy with modern simplicity. While for our dining gem Hōseki, uniqueness and ultra-exclusive surroundings are at the heart of the one-of-a-kind culinary journey. Indeed, with only 9 seats overlooking the Dubai’s skyline, the Japanese Chef Masahiro Sugiyama, offers a memorable gastronomic treat with a two hours Omakase experience, means “I leave it to you” discovery concept.

The Bvlgari Resort Dubai offers an array of venues for every occasion. Whether guests are looking to host corporate events, intimate family gatherings or lavish weddings, the dedicated events team takes care of each detail and ensures that every experience becomes an enduring memory. On its urban island escape, the hotel is one of the most exclusive destinations in the city with many venues available, including for wedding, such as the Bvlgari Yacht Club ballroom with peerless views over the sea or the secret lemon-tree garden called La Limonaia, ideal for romantic dinner and intimate cocktails overlooking the Dubai skyline.

In hospitality, there is nothing more important than the relationship with our guests. In order to provide a high quality of individual services we are spending time with each individual in order to get to know them along with their expectations and preferences. The hotel team and the different colleagues are interacting on a daily basis with our guests to create these real connections and be able to gather their feedback that will always help us to maintain this high standard of customer service.
