Bottega Veneta (Kering Group) achieved in 2013 the milestone of one billion Euros of revenues (+7.5% at current exchange rates) with an EBITA of 331 million euros, equivalent to 32.5% of sales. The revenue growth has been consolidated in the second half of the year. The last quarter was in fact closed with sales of 291 million euro, an increase of 6.2% at current exchange rates.
“The year 2013 was an important year in the history of the company,” said Marco Bizzarri, President and CEO of Bottega Veneta. “The success of profitability, result from the constant and stable growth in recent years has been accompanied by significant events such as the inauguration of the new studio in Montebello, designed to promote the welfare of the employees in accordance with the latest criteria of sustainability, our first Maison in the world in Milan, in Via Sant’Andrea, and the recent entry in the prestigious ”Best Place to Work”.
