Swiss luxury watchmaker Breguet founded in Paris by Abraham-Louis Breguet in 1775. It’s lesser-known but deserving writing instruments, used by the likes of greats like Honoré de Balzac, Stendhal, Alexander Pushkin, and Alexandre Dumas.
Breguet is releasing three distinct new collections, Tradition, Classique, and Reine de Naples, coinciding with the release of watch collections of the same names. The first to make its debut was the Classique as a fountain pen, rollerball, or ballpoint. The sleek and stunning Classique fountain pen comes in a matt titanium barrel guilloché with a border on the sides and engraved with the Breguet signature.

The design incorporates a central ring, clip, and nib in 18-carat white gold along with hand-guilloché in ‘flutings’ and ‘border’ style. Classique fountain pen sports a classic shape and well-placed details such as hand-engraving of the sun and the year 1775 (founding year of the brand) on the nib, and the Breguet signature engraved on the cap. The pen clip is a clear reminder of an open-tipped Breguet watch hand.
Breguet is fully owned by Swatch Group.
