The collaboration will span a number of activities and will see the two brands partner on the display for Harrods’ Brompton Road windows, which will have the theme: “A Very British Fairy Tale.” It will feature “two children on an enchanting adventure through a snow-swept English country house complete with flying cars, floating bathtubs and secret passageways,” Burberry said. The fashion house has also created an exclusive collection for Harrods, which includes ready-to-wear, accessories and gifting products.
In addition, shoppers can visit Burberry craftsmanship and personalisation stations in Harrods and buy food from Burberry’s all day café Thomas’s in Harrods Food Halls. And for the ultimate Burberry Christmas, the label has designed Harrods’ Christmas tree, which will be situated outside Door 5, Grand Entrance.
The last time Harrods partnered with Burberry was in October 2015, when the British brand created a menswear collection for the department store.
