Chef José Andrés’ ThinkFoodGroup and Flag Luxury Group announced that the chef’s restaurant group will oversee F&B offerings at The Ritz-Carlton New York, NoMad when the hotel opens in Manhattan’s NoMad neighborhood in fall 2021. The 250-room hotel, owned by Flag Luxury Group, is under construction and will be managed by Marriott International.
ThinkFoodGroup will operate two signature restaurants as well as a rooftop bar and lounge, the hotel’s lobby lounge, in-room dining, Ritz-Carlton Club lounge and banquet services.
Rising at 1185 Broadway at 28th Street, the $500 million tower will feature 250 hotel rooms and 16 branded residences designed by award winning architect Rafael Viñoly, with interiors created by renowned interior design firm Yabu Pushelberg. Slated to soar more than 500 feet high, the tower will offer guests and residents striking views of the Empire State Building and downtown Manhattan.
