Sidney Toledano, Dior’s CEO recently stated that he is content with results for 2008 and is confident for 2009, especially in the Asia region. One of the world leaders on the luxury shoes market, Tod’s, announced good results for 2008 and a slight rise for 2009 on certain markets, like Asia and South America.
Dior is active on the market since the beginning of 2008, inside the multibrand store Victoria 46. However the interest is to go with a monobrand concept in the near future. Regional Manager for Tod’s visited Bucharest at CPP’s invitation in 2007, in order to find a suitable partner for a monobrand franchise.
