FENDI has teamed up with Château Group to develop the Fendi Residences, a 12-storey condominium on the waterfront of Collins Avenue, just south of Le Bal Harbour Shops, which will be completed by June 2016.
The building will be divided into 58 units – apartments and penthouses – from 300 to more than 650 square feet with high ceilings and terraces with ocean views. The Residences will also be equipped with a kitchen Fendi Casa and Gaggenau appliances, as well as Italian marble bathrooms. Prices of the residences will range from 5 to 22 million dollars.
