Four Seasons Hotel & Resorts is operating two luxury hotels in Istanbul, the Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul at the Bosphorus (on the Bosphorus) and Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul at Sultanahmet (in the old centre of the city). The main restaurant of Four Seasons at Bosphorus will be completed by October 1st with a Turkish / Mediterranean menu and a focus on seafood. Four Seasons at Bosphorus which turned 10 year old in 2017, has unveiled this week its first completely renovated Terrace Rooms, located on the roof-top of the Palace building with a larger private terrace that provides uninterrupted panoramic views of the Bosphorus strait.
The newly renovated room feature (Terrace Room – one of the top room categories of the property) a much lighter colour scheme based on variations of blue and thanks to the new lighting, rooms are much more brighter. The new rooms feature the signature Four Seasons Bed, bathroom amenities by Bvlgari and an overized IpTv LG Smart Tv which provides a cinematic experience. The terrace is perfect for sunbathing or al-fresco diving especially during the warmer months. All the renovations at both hotels will be conducted in stages without the properties being closed.
Earlier this month, the hotel also completed the soft renovation of its Lounge (all day dining) which also features an outdoor glass enclosed winter-garden. There is a working fireplace and a distinct Bar area which has a much larger bar display area and UHDTvs for guests enjoying watching sports.
On December 16th, Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul at the Bosphorus will inaugurate its very own skating rink with a complete rental facility. Later this month, there will be 7 outdoor glass-enclosed (heated) cabanas (igloo style) where guests can enjoy a unique winter experience by the Bosphorus. The decorations throughout the hotel, including the upcoming Christmas one will be part of a brand new Art collaboration which will see various art pieces around the hotel, with a theme changing every two months.
