Kerzner International‘s fitness-centred hotel brand SIRO is set to make its European debut in 2025 with a new property in Montenegro. Slated for Spring 2025, the new opening will be located within the marina at Porto Montenegro in Boka Bay. The luxury resort will feature 96 guest-rooms and 144 residences, while wellness-based amenities include fitness and recovery labs, padel and tennis courts, and a 25m pool situated under a retractable rooftop for year-round use.
Each guest-room has been designed to exude tranquility, promote deep sleep and support optimal recovery through minimalist decor and integrated technologies: from temperature-controlled beds to soundproofing and blackout curtains. Kerzner’s new hospitality concept, SIRO, is built entirely upon a wellbeing-first philosophy that combines revitalising and transformative experiences with sleep, fitness and recovery-focused spaces to support and nourish guests throughout their stay.
