French luxury fashion brand Maison Martin Margiela owned by Renzo Rosso’s Only The Brave Group (Diesel, Viktor & Rolf etc) opened earlier this week a first mono-brand store for it MM6 line in New York. Located at 363 Bleeker Street, the new MM6 store covers 150 sqm, a space formerly occupied by an art gallery. By the end of the year, Martin Margiella MM6 will open its first flagship store in Paris.
Martin Margiella currently has 29 mono-brand stores worldwide and its has plans for expanding further. This Fall, H&M will launch the much anticipated colection done in collaboration with Maison Martin Margiella. Last year, Maison Martin Margiella launched its first interior design project with La Maison des Champs Elysee Hotel in Paris, as well as its first fragrance, Replica.
