New York’s prominent new mixed use development of Hudson Yards will be welcoming a new Neiman Marcus department store, while the Mall will include stores by Louis Vuitton, Fendi, Kenzo, Tory Burch, Coach, Kate Spade, Stuart Weitzman as well as jewellers Van Cleef & Arpels, Tiffany & Co and Piaget.
Patek Philippe and Rolex will also operate mono-brand boutiques. Cosmetic brands Jo Malone, Kiehl’s and Origins will also open boutiques within the new mall.
The 28-acre project has been in the works for 12 years and under construction for six. Spearheaded by real estate company Related Companies, Hudson Yards cost $25 billion and includes 4,000 residential units, several superstar-chef restaurants, a multidimensional arts venue (called the Shed), meticulously planned green space, and 720,000 square feet of retail.
