Prada has opened its first store in Jakarta, Indonesia, inside the prestigious Pacific Place shopping mall. The space, designed by architect Roberto Baciocchi, covers a total area of 420 square metres on one level and features the women’s and men’s ready-to-wear, leather goods, accessories and footwear collections.
The external façade is clad in black Marquinia marble, while slim polished steel profiles highlight the light boxes. The store is strategically located on the corner and has a façade embellished with slim strips of black Marquinia marble framing the entrance, display windows and large floor-to-ceiling windows that open up on the interior.
Prada Group’s Miu Miu brand also opened its first store in Indonesia, located within the Pacific Place Mall covering a surface of 230 square metres.
