Qatar’s Deluxe Village retail project in the Italian summer resort town of Porto Cervo on Costa Smeralda has been suspended by local authorities (La Procura della Repubblica di Tempio Pausania) due to the lack of approvals from several state entities. London luxury department store Harrods has been owned by Qatar Holding since 2011.
