Two major European luxury fashion&accessories multi brand operators have recently confirmed to CPP their interest to invest in Bucharest and Sofia in large scale multibrand luxury fashion stores. The average surface will be 500 sqm meters and the concept will be of shop in shops, the luxury brands included will benefit from individually decorated spaces in keeping with the concept of each of the brands. The estimated timing for the opening is Fal 2010 and the brands likely to be included Armani, Hugo Boss, Dolce Gabbana etc.
The interest has been sparked by the decreasing real estate costs which now make such a retail business feasible.
