Under the supervision of Executive Chef Roberto Dal Seno, an eclectic and creative food designer, St. Regis Venice San Clemente Palace offers several dining options: the fine dining Restaurant 1131, an all day dining restaurant, a Pool Bar & Restaurant and a wine tasting venue.
The Palace features extensive beautifully manicured gardens, the perfect playground for children and teens alike, with a dedicated kids’ club. There is also an outdoor swiming pool with al fresco dining and a luxury Spa.
The St Regis San Clemente Palace in Venice is owned by Turkey’s Permak Group, which is active in the construction, machinery, tourism, technology, chemistry and retail sectors. The renovation is estimated at 25 million euros.Starwood Hotels & Resorts will operate the property under the St Regis brand, based on a long term third party management agreement.
