Tod’s Group closed the first nine months of 2014 with sales down 1.5 % to € 741 million compared to the same period of 2013. In the third quarter , revenues increased by 0.7% to 263.3 million . The only positive performance within the group was scored by the Roger Vivier brand, whose sales grew by 12.2%.
Tod’s, the flagship brand of the group sae sales decrease by -3.9 %, to a total of EUR 431.2 million , Hogan (-1.8%) and Fay (-2.4 %). The company has consolidated its core business of shoes , which remain in the lead with revenues of EUR 574.9 million (-0.9 %). ” You begin to see the first results of our entry into the fashion world that increasing the visibility of the brand, will allow us to boost the sales of all product categories , including leather goods , ” said Diego della Valle, CEO of Tod’s Group.
