Australian premium shoes and ready to wear label UGG is opening its Parisian flagship store on October 18th. UGG’s Paris flagship store will be situated in the boheme district of Marais, at 26 rue Vieille du Temple. Deckers Group, the owner of UGG, acquired the 1.500 square foot location in the Marais, earlier this year, for 3 million euros.
In France, UGG has over 400 multi-brand sales points and has been introducing its new 25 sqm shop in shop concept. Recently, UGG opened shop in shop at Printemps Haussmann in Paris, Galeries Lafayette de Cap 3000, Lyon Part Dieu and Toulouse. The brand intends to push its men’s products by launching an extensive communications campaign with French actor Vincent Cassel.
Ahead of its Paris flagship opening, UGG set up a pop up store and installation at Crèmerie de Paris, which will be open from 3 October to 2 February. The digital exhibition which has been conceived by photographer Peter Lippmann will be integrated by UGG with social media to promote interaction with the audience of the brand.
