Residents will also have access to all the services of the Park Hyatt Hotel New York, set to become the American flagship of the Park Hyatt chain. A limited number of residences is available for occupancy 2013, starting from US$ 17 million.
The 210 room Park Hyatt Hotel New York is slated to open Fall 2013, will feature a bar and restaurant, plus 5,000 square feet of retail space and include a spa, fitness center, and indoor swimming pool in a three-story aerie at the top of the hotel.
The mixed-use luxury complex is developed by Extell Development Corporation and managed under a third party agreement by Hyatt Hotels Corp. Extell’s portfolio also includes: W Hotel Times Square, InterContinental Boston and several other top residential, mixed-use and office developments.
