FENDI opens new Fendi Casa in Hangzhou

FENDI has recently opened a new Fendi Casa boutique in Hangzhou, China. This opening strengthens Fendi Casa’s partnership with For D and is part of the brand’s continued expansion in China. The boutique represents a celebration of craftsmanship, creativity, and cultural connections. This is a new addition to Fendi Casa’s presence in China, which also includes a flagship store in Shanghai.

The new Hangzhou boutique is a part of Fendi Casa’s broader strategy to consolidate its position in key international markets, with a focus on Asia. The design of the boutique reflects Fendi Casa’s core values of elegance, craftsmanship, and creativity, with elements that reference Roman architecture and the brand’s iconic FF logo. The store also features the Fendi Casa Five sofa, designed by Marcel Wanders, and the F-Stripes sofa, designed by Ludovica Serafini + Roberto Palomba.

This expansion follows the opening of the Shanghai flagship store in November 2023 and other recent openings in Seoul, Singapore, Jakarta, and Phnom Penh. The Hangzhou opening also coincides with a growing interest in luxury home furnishings among younger consumers in China, particularly millennials, who are increasingly entertaining at home and working from home. Fendi Casa’s strategy is to offer a retail experience that reflects the brand’s identity and caters to this evolving market.
