Avi Brosh’s Palisociety is set to debut its first hotel in Beverly Hills this spring, The Hôtel Lili, a completely reimagined intimate hotel that combines European-inspired style and personality with the timeless charm of classic Los Angeles. The property was originally built in 1939 as a private residence and brings a uniquely boutique point of view to Beverly Hills’ hotel landscape with intimate interiors, richly crafted details and a convenient yet quiet setting steps from the internationally renowned city’s most storied streets.
“Los Angeles is full of hidden gems that make up the city’s one-of-a-kind heritage, and this is certainly one of them,” said Brosh. “There is a sense of ‘only in LA’ history layered throughout the hotel’s bones, and we’ve embraced that classic vintage glamour and modernized it with our signature style, bringing to light something that feels very special and decidedly unique for Beverly Hills.”

Brosh and team have completely updated the property’s three stories and 44 guest rooms, alongside The Bar, an intimate setting for hotel guests and locals alike. The hotel’s new design story weaves together Brosh’s signature styling with a color palette of soft whites, pale greys, juxtaposed with warm camel, orange and mustard hues. Palisociety touches such as striped patterns, wallpapered ceilings, noteworthy lighting, wood flooring, custom-made furniture and bold, enveloping draperies used in expected – and unexpected – ways are found throughout the common areas and guest rooms.
The lobby welcomes guests with complimentary bubbles and a quaint arrival setting by day and a small bar by evening, serving a menu of classic cocktails, house-crafted drinks, small bites and more. Within the guest rooms, travelers will find the comfort of Bellino fine bed linens, Grind espresso machines, Diptyque bath amenities, Palisociety’s signature curated mini bar assortment and more.
Debuting as the Los Angeles-based brand’s ninth hotel in the city, The Hôtel Lili is a new addition to Palisociety’s Los Angeles independent hotels collection, alongside Silver Lake Pool & Inn in Silver Lake. The hotel is located at 140 S. Lasky Dr in Beverly Hills and is scheduled to open in .
