LuxPorter was born from hands-on experience. After years working in logistics for luxury brands, I kept seeing the same problem: logistics was treated as a commodity, while in reality it is a critical part of the brand experience.
Luxury needs precision, discretion, timing and accountability. I created LuxPorter to offer logistics services that truly speak the language of luxury — not just moving goods, but protecting value, reputation and deadlines.
LuxPorter is positioned as a specialized logistics partner for luxury, contract and high-end design projects.
Our clients are luxury brands, creative agencies, interior contractors, architects and production studios that manage complex installations, exhibitions, boutiques, showrooms and bespoke pieces.
We typically work on one-off, high-value, time-critical projects where standard logistics simply doesn’t work.
We operate primarily across Europe and we regularly manage intercontinental shipments to the Middle East, Asia and the Americas.
What matters to our clients is not geography, but reliability — and we are structured to manage international projects seamlessly
Complexity is our comfort zone.
We handle projects involving tight deadlines, fragile or high-value goods, multiple stakeholders, customs constraints and on-site coordination.
From a single prototype to full store installations or exhibition setups, we manage the entire logistics flow end-to-end, anticipating risks instead of reacting to problems.
Our USP is simple: we combine luxury-industry mindset with operational execution.
Clients work directly with decision-makers, not call centers.
We offer tailored solutions, full visibility, fast decision-making and absolute accountability.
LuxPorter doesn’t just ship — we take responsibility for the success of the project.
Yes, but in a controlled and strategic way.
Growth for us means deepening expertise, not diluting quality.
We are expanding our partner network, strengthening project management capabilities and investing in processes that allow us to scale without losing flexibility or personal service.
Absolutely. Hospitality is a natural extension of our core business.
Luxury hotels, resorts and branded residences face the same challenges as retail and exhibitions: complex timelines, high expectations and zero margin for error.
We already support similar projects and see strong potential in this segment.
2026 is about consolidation and credibility.
Our goal is to be recognized as a trusted logistics partner for luxury and contract projects, not just a supplier.
We aim to build long-term relationships with selected clients, deliver consistently excellent projects and position LuxPorter as a reference point for complex luxury logistics
