Located in the very heart of İstanbul and city’s prime residential and commercial center, Zorlu Center has a perfect panoramic view overlooking the Istanbul Bosporus, Princess islands and historic peninsula. With the size of $2.5 billion investment Zorlu Center is Turkey’s first mixed use project with five functions, consists of a performing arts center, premium luxury hotel brand Raffles Hotel Istanbul due to open 2013, offices, a shopping mall and residences.

While Raffles Istanbul Zorlu Center will be a splendid addition to Istanbul’s 5-star upper premium luxury hotel supply, Zorlu Center Shopping Mall will be hosting an attractive mix of well-established local and international brands whilst a number of world-famous brands make their first introduction in the Turkish market.

The 50.000 sqm. Performing Arts Center can accommodate up to 3.070 spectators, which will be Turkey’s largest center for the performing arts. Following its opening, it will play host to various art performances such as world renowned musicals, concerts, theater and dance performances, art exhibitions and events. Performing Arts Center, which will feature the world premiere of musicals and performances that have run in London – West End and New York – Broadway and which is being built with an investment of $300m.
Zorlu Center is planned to be opened with all its components in August 2013.
