Present in 105 countries with over 2.300 mono-brand stores and at over 10,000 multi-brand stores, family owned Max Fashion Mara Group makes a historical move by launching a new fashion line in the affordable / entry-level price range called EMME – as the diffusion line of the Marina Rinaldi label. Owned by the Maramotti family, one of Italy’s wealthiest families (also involved in banking) the Max Mara Fashion Group is estimated to have registered turnover of over 2,1 billion euros in 2012.
The price range for the EMME line starts at 39 euros up to 200 euros, entering in direct competition with H&M’s & other stories, Stefanel, Benetton’s Sisley.
Max Mara Fashion Group owns luxury women’s apparel and accessories labels such as Max Mara (including SportMax and Max & Co) as well as mid-range labels – Pennyblack and Marina Rinaldi.
