Canada Goose opens in Milan first store in Italy

Canada Goose has opened in Milan its first store in Italy, the second in Europe after the one in London. The store, on two floors, is located in Via della Spiga 10, the epicenter of luxury clothing in Milan. An avant-garde store covering an area of ​​400 square meters.

In conjunction with the Milanese opening, the brand opens its e-commerce to the Italian market. The store offers the widest range of seasonal collections and the exclusive and sought-after collaborations that Canada Goose offers during the year. The store combines design elements typical of the Canadian and Italian tradition with a vision that combines the essence of the brand with the spirit of Milan.

It pays homage to key figures of Milanese design and architecture of the 1950s, such as Gio Ponti, using natural materials and furniture from Canada and Italy. The design of the store is complemented by an exhibition of works by artists such as Qavavau Manumie, Alex Fischer and Meghan Price, who are able to inspire and narrate Northern Canada with their art.The new store leaves room for the story of Canada Goose and features a dressing room with climate control technology, able to recreate the different seasonal temperatures indoors. This allows the customer to test the product under the climatic conditions for which it was designed. Temperatures in the acclaimed ‘Cold Room’ can drop to -25 degrees.

The opening of the store saw Canada Goose establish a partnership with street artist Alice Pasquini, who created original works of art placed in front of the store during the summer months and inspired by the ‘Live in the Open’ fall / winter campaign. The works of Alice Pasquini will also be present in the windows of Canada Goose all over the world.
