Following the openings of the mono-brand stores of Dior, Gucci, Valentino, Fendi, Michael Kors, Bottega Veneta, Celine, Tom Ford, Loro Piana, Bottega Veneta, Givenchy, Saint Laurent, Versace, Chloe, Ferragamo, Tom Ford, other major international luxury fashion brands have confirmed opening at Place Vendome Qatar: Hermes, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Christian Louboutin, Prada. Most of the LVMH group brands are operated by regional partner Chalhoub Group (Dubai based).
Place Vendome Qatar is one of the largest upscale / luxury shopping malls in the Middle East. The shopping mall has been developed by UDC (United Development Company) which is also behind The Pearl Qatar project. Before the opening of Place Vendome Qatar, most of the luxury branded stores were located at the Villagio Mall. It is unclear whether certain brands such as Louis Vuitton or Hermes will maintain both locations – Louis Vuitton at Villagio Mall and Hermes at The Pearl.
