Beyoncé will be performing at a reported price tag of $24 million for a one hour live concert on January 21, 2022 for the grand opening of Atlantis The Royal Dubai. She arrived in Dubai on January 19. Swedish group House Mafia will also belt out a selection of hits at the exclusive event which will mark Beyoncé’s first concert in five years. The event will be restricted to VIP guests and A-list celebrities.
Atlantis The Royal Dubai includes 231 luxury apartments, 693 hotel rooms and 102 suites, with a price tag of EUR 5.500 per night for a 3 bedroom suite (from February 10, 2023). Only part of the accommodations inventory will be ready for the first 3 month soft opening phase. Atlantis The Royal also includes a major luxury residences component, Atlantis The Royal Residences
Atlantis The Royal Dubai will feature 17 world-class restaurants, including 8 celebrity chef restaurants, including Heston Blumenthal, Nobu Matsuhisa, Costas Spiliadis, Gaston Acurio, José Andrés, Ariana Bundy. Nobu By The Beach, Ling Ling by Hakassan, Little Venice Company – are some of the dining concept franchises.
Atlantis The Royal Dubai is estimated to have cost US$ 1,4 billion – is owned by Investment Corporation of Dubai (ICD), the principal investment arm of the Government of Dubai. The property is operated by Kerzner International under the Atlantis brand.
Brands owned by Kerzner International include One & Only Resorts, Atlantis Resorts, SIRO Hotels, Rare Finds (Bab Al Shams) Mazagan Beach & Golf Resort (Morocco). Kerzner International is majority owned by ICD.
