Spain’s richest lady, Ms Rosalia Mera, co-founder of giant INDITEX (Zara) with her ex husband Amancio Ortega, has recently confirmed she is investing 350 million euros in the 78 room six star BVLGARI HOTEL which is due to open in London’s Knightbridge just in time for the 2012 Summer Olympic Games. One of her partners in the hotel is Rafael Serrano, a wealthy Spanish investor based in London.
Her 7% stake of Inditex is considered to be worh 3,5 billion euros. She already diversified her investments with Room Mate Hotels and bio-pharmaceutical company Zeltia, among other major real estate investments.
