Coach has recently opened its first store in India in the city of Mumbai. The first Coach store in India is located within the Palladium Mall. Coach is represented in India in partnership with leading local luxury retailer Genesis Luxury.
Developed by Coach Executive Creative Director Stuart Vevers, in partnership with creative firm Studio Sofield, led by Designer and President, William Sofield, the store’s interior consists of iron spot-brick pavers, reclaimed heart-pine wood flooring with custom hand-tufted wool carpeting. Fabricated from natural and ebonized ash, blackened steel, antique bronze and mahogany trim, the cabinetry features handbag walls incorporating seasonal artwork backdrops.
