Following an initial experience in 2022, this time, Dolce&Gabbana is teaming up with the lifestyle gaming brand Razer. For this collaboration, they have created a wardrobe for gamers and video game accessories in a capsule collection that will be available starting November 30. The collection was first unveiled in September during Razercon 2023, which is considered a major event in the gaming industry.
This exclusive collection features 1,337 limited edition pieces. The ready-to-wear line will be available on the Italian fashion house’s online store, while the accessories will be on Razer’s e-commerce platform. The clothing line includes two T-shirts in Razer’s signature colors, black and lime green, along with a hoodie and cargo pants. On the accessories side, it features the Enki Pro chair model, adorned with the Italian brand’s monogram and a gold-plated D&G logo, priced at €3,399, as well as the Barracuda headset, also embellished with a gold-plated finish, available at €669.99.
This isn’t Dolce & Gabbana’s first venture into the gaming realm, which has seen substantial engagement from the gaming community, offering an ideal opportunity to target primarily Gen Z youths. Last year, the brand collaborated with Mkers, an esport industry reference, launching the “gooDGame” project, encompassing a ready-to-wear collection designed for gamers and an eight-episode web series produced by Frame by Frame.
Known as the ‘Gaming Call’, Razer was founded in 2005 by American Robert Krakoff and Singaporean Min-Liang Tan, offering a wide array of products for the avid gamer, from keyboards and mice to headsets, chairs, virtual reality, and high-end laptops.
