The hotel’s 35 rooms and suites have all been individually designed by world-renowned Madrid-based designer Luis Bustamante, who chose bold, iconic Saint-Tropez colors and eye-catching nautical stripes to represent the old-world glamour the hotel proudly embodies. The opening also marks the return of the legendary and much-loved Strand Restaurant and Champagne Lounge, once housed in the oldest dining space in Saint-Tropez, now reborn at the AREV Saint-Tropez Hotel.
The AREV Spa has entered into an exclusive partnership with Maison ST. Originally founded in Saint-Tropez, Maison ST celebrates all the seasons of this famous French village and uses only natural, locally sourced ingredients, such as Saint-Tropez herbs and Mediterranean sea salt.
Jean-Marie Le Gall brings to AREV St Tropez an impressive 35 years of experience in the luxury hotel industry. Most recently, he served as General Manager of the Hôtel Woodward in Geneva (Auberge Resorts Collection), where he consistently elevated the guest experience while maintaining operational excellence at this prestigious property.
His distinguished career includes General Manager positions at several renowned properties, including Hôtel Fouquet’s Paris (Leading Hotels of the World), Hôtel Madame Rêve in Paris, and El Palace Barcelona (Leading Hotels of the World). In 2023, Jean-Marie also successfully oversaw the launch of Fouquet’s New York as Interim General Manager.
Jean-Marie will oversee the launch of 11 new accommodations, including 10 Junior Suites and the exceptional two-level Double Suite, bringing the hotel’s total capacity to 35 rooms. A second family-friendly pool is currently being developed, while the hotel’s restaurant, The Strand, will move outdoors to Place des Oliviers for the summer season—along with a spritz bar and weekly events, further enhancing the hotel’s convivial atmosphere
AREV Saint Tropez is open all-year-round.
