The new Manolo Blahnik boutique Miami store in the Miami Design District was designed by British architect Nick Leith-Smith Architecture + Design. The look, which has yet to be publicly revealed, is said to sport a geometric façade “circular motif” inspired by Art Deco and European artist Josef Hoffmann. According to the company, the Miami location will showcase 13 exclusive shoes in six silhouettes from the Spring 2025 collection.
“The energy of Miami is fantastic; the people and the place are so welcoming,” Blahnik, now 82, said in a statement. “I stayed at the Miami Beach EDITION for a period of time in the early 2000s and thought it was wonderful. The music and madness of Miami is really like no other place on earth; the Latin American Cuban influence is omnipresent which I just adore.
