Nobu Hotel Londo (Shoreditch) is scheduled to open in June, featuring a 240-seat Nobu restaurant as well as a “pocket garden” between the hotel and the hectic streets of the East End.
The Nobu Hotel Shoreditch will have 150 rooms, including seven suites that will overlook the courtyard or the pocket garden.
The hotel’s interior design motif will be Japanese-inspired, while the restaurant will feature Nobu Matsuhisa’s Japanese cuisine fused with South American flavors.
Nobu has hotels inside the Caesars Palace Las Vegas and the Eden Roc Miami Beach. It also has a hotel in Manila’s City of Dreams district.
The brand is developing hotels in Malibu, Calif.; Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; Chicago; and Los Cabos, Mexico.
