The Ritz-Carlton, Langkawi, fringed by lush tropical rainforests, enjoys its own private cove and beach overlooking the crystal clear waters of the Andaman Sea on the island’s south west corner. The 132-room luxury resort (including 42 villas) is being developed by AJ Resorts SDN BHD and will be the second Ritz Carlton property in Malaysia.
The resort also offers a family-friendly escape with three swimming pools, including one specially created for children, and a specially-designed Ritz-Kids Club. The resort also serves as a base from which to explore curated authentic local experiences such as Pulau Payar marine national park.
Restaurants reflect the diversity of Asia including Malay, Chinese, Thai and Indian, mirroring the depth of Malaysian culture that can be found in Langkawi. Completing the dining experience are a French fine dining venue and an international beach grill.
The Ritz-Carlton Spa will offer signature treatments and rejuvenating experiences, including a hammam. The spa resort experience will be fully worthy of jet setting spa devotees seeking cultural life experiences that transcend wellness.
