Arnaud de Saint-Exupéry will take the reins of the Ritz Paris as General Manager. A French graduate of ESCEM (Business School), he embodies an international profile, having spent more than two decades with the Hyatt group. He succeeds Laurent Herschbach, who, after three years as General Manager of the Ritz Paris, is leaving to embark on a new career path.
Arnaud de Saint-Exupéry’s career is distinguished by several major achievements. In 2002, he oversaw the launch of the Park Hyatt Paris – Vendôme, the capital’s iconic property. In 2007, he was appointed General Manager of the world’s first Andaz in London, before leading the opening of the Andaz Toranomon Hills in Tokyo in 2016. These experiences have confirmed his pioneering role in the development of the Hyatt group’s lifestyle and upscale brands.
Returning to Europe, he took over as CEO of the Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill and was entrusted with oversight of the entire Hyatt portfolio in the United Kingdom and Ireland, comprising 14 hotels across the Hyatt Regency, Park Hyatt, Andaz, and Unbound Collection brands.
This appointment at the Ritz Paris marks a key milestone in the career of Arnaud de Saint-Exupéry, recognized for his strategic expertise, his sense of development, and his multicultural experience in the luxury hotel industry.
