Ever since 1897, Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten, Hamburg has been the epitome of a European Grand Hotel, firmly establishing itself as one one of the world’s finest luxury hotels. Its splendid heritage building is being completed by its unrivalled location right on the shores of the Inner Alster Lake in the heart of the beautiful port city of Hamburg.
Consistency has been at the heart of the continued success of the hotel, ensuring not only the finest quality of interiors but also unparalleled service standards aiming for perfection. In CPP‘s 13 year history and being reviewed repeatedly, the hotel has always exceeded expectations, keeping up with all the latest novelties and developments.
The Restaurant Haerlin which has been awarded with 2 Michelin stars and 19 Gault-Millau points offers a special feast for the eyes as well as a treat for the tastebuds: Chinese silk wallpaper and gold embossing form a truly exquisite arrangement. Fine dining is complemented by Japanese / Peruvian fusion restaurant NIKKEI NINE.
The Jahreszeiten Grill which lends the unique Art Deco setting of 1920s, a most warm atmosphere for breakfast at Café Condi and the sophisticated bistro of Condi Lounge. Right by the Inner Alster, with spectacular panoramic views of the Jungfernstieg and Ballindamm promenades is the Jahreszeiten Terrace.
The Rooftop Terrace is yet another unique venue, with light meals and cocktails along with spectacular views. Afternoon Tea is being served in the Wohnhalle, also known as “Hamburg’s living room” which is a beloved meeting point for hotel guests and Hamburg locals alike. Next to the entrance is the smallest bar in Hamburg, which spreads over two floors, with views over the Inner Alster, is the perfect end to an evening.
Besides the ongoing maintenance of all accommodations, in 2021, the lobby and Reception have been superbly transformed to reflect a brighter mood and ambiance, while maintaining all the timeless luxurious feel – which are also enhanced by the vivid exceptional quality of all furnishings and decor elements. The hotel also boasts a unique collection of signature suites, including the Ralph Lauren Suite and the suites on the Bel Etage which offer breathtaking panoramic views from the generous terraces.
The history of the hotel would not have followed the same path without the leadership of visionary hotelier Ingo C. Peters whose work has been recognised by many awards including The best hotel in Germany 2021/2022 from the 101 best hotels in Germany rankings.
